An alkaline body is a healthy body... 7.4 is an optimal alkaline level for the human body. This slight alkaline level keeps your body from disease. When the body is acidic it may draw nutrients from organs and bones putting the body at risk for disease and poor health.
One of the simplest ways to keep your body alkaline is to eat live foods, fruits and vegetables. Also adding fresh lemon to your water will assist the body in maintaining that slight level of alkalinity that assists in optimal health. A lemon a day keeps the acid away!
