Health Tip: Parasites
An enormous range of health issues can be traced to one pesky cause: intestinal parasites. Many of these are already living in our gut. The trouble happens when the conditions arise for them to flourish.
Some Signs of Intestinal Parasites:
constipation/diarrhea/gas and bloating
cravings, especially sugar
itching, irritation, swelling at nose, ears, eyes, anus
hives, rashes, eczema
fuzzy thinking, headaches, chronic fatigue
blisters in mouth, acne, circles under eyes
development of food allergies
Tips from Kitchen Stewardship:
Parasite cleanse: Cut out processed sugar, eat a diet rich in leafy greens, vegetables, and fruit. For 2 weeks, take 2 garlic, oregano, black walnut or neem oil capsules with each meal. Drink one teaspoon diatomaceous earth morning and night. You can include the above herbs/earth in enemas to this regime. There are prepared formulas you can purchase as well.
