Re-Inventing Your Life

Many people, including myself, are in life transitions... leaving the career field they have been in for many years, leaving old relationships, moving to new places, to name just a few.

What is unique about this time is that many of us don't have a clear direction of what is next for us. This can be a challenging time if we allow our minds to take over. However, our minds only know a tiny slice of what is going on in any moment. It is our hearts that can access and sense what is incomprehensible to the mind.

When we stay in our heart, trusting our process and allowing the universe to support us in ways we cannot see, know or imagine we can find peace and be directed moment to moment to a whole new life ... a life we invent ... that which brings us joy and makes our heart soar.
