There are a growing number of people on the planet experiencing a shift in perception, an expansion of consciousness, a new awareness. This can start as simply as dropping a preconceived idea, extending yourself to someone that perhaps you wouldn’t have in the past, or releasing an old habit that seems no longer to fit who you are. This can expand into all areas of life, from being more aware of your immediate environment and your personal effect on it, to caring for the planet and all that she sustains.
Although this movement feels new, the reality of humanity living in greater harmony and peace has been prophesized, predicted, and referred to as “The Great Awakening”, a global shift in consciousness, the Golden Age, end of the “Kali Yuga” (or Dark Age, in Sanskrit scripture), the coming of the “Fifth World” by the Mayans, Ascension, The Age of Enlightenment, and Awakening to the 5th dimension. This concept can be found on all parts of the globe, in most, if not all, ancient cultures and religions as time of reckoning and growth for humanity.
For the many of us feeling this deep pull towards living in a higher vibrational frequency of love, releasing all the darker, lower parts of ourselves and to be filled with as much spiritual light as we can, it can be challenging. There is no manual and most of us are doing the best we can in following our intuition to heal ourselves of past wounds, so we can hold more love and light in our being.
Many of us experiencing this feel that we are here for a reason, that our being on the planet right now, even if we think we are not actively “doing” anything significant, that our being here is important. And so it is. Our “being” here is everything. And how we are being. “Doing” is a direct result of how you are “being”
According to the HeartMath Institute, power in a simple act of kindness towards another has profound impact on what HMI refers to as the global information field, which is the collective magnetic energy field of all human beings across the globe. Everyone has a personal magnetic field around their body. This field has been measured as extending several feet from the body. The magnetic field produced by the heart is 100 times stronger than the one the brain generates. All the emotions you feel, whether positive or negative, the energy you create, and your acts of kindness affect your field environment.
A study conducted among students at the University of British Columbia found that performing acts of kindness can help lower people’s social anxiety. “We found that any kind act appeared to have the same benefit, even small gestures, like opening a door for someone, or saying ‘thanks’ to the bus driver”, the published study states. “Kindness didn’t need to involve money or time consuming efforts, although some some of our participants did such things. Kindness didn’t even need to be ‘face to face’.
The ripple effect of kindness, according to the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, says “the positive effects of kindness are experienced in the brain of everyone witnessing the act, improving their mood, and making them more likely to ‘pay it forward’. This means one good deed in a crowded area can create a domino effect and improve the day of dozens of people”.
Kindness studies over several decades have demonstrated these benefits, among many others:

-improved cardiovascular system
-improved immune system
-lower risk for depression
-better performance at work and school

Human and animal health, cognitive functions, emotions and behavior are affected by planetary magnetic and energy fields.
The earth’s magnetic fields are carriers of biologically relevant information that connects all living systems.
