Self Love in Times of Self Judgement


Be the softest, kindest, gentlest lover of your own self. Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling fully with great understanding and self love, then bask in your own self love and acceptance. Often when we are upset, we are upset at ourselves more than anything, we take that critical pen out and mark ourselves up and no wonder we feel down. Commit to self love, to being as kind and loving to your own Self as you wish others to be to you. Be your greatest advocate, give up the habit of criticizing and being hard on yourself, it isn’t empowering, it isn’t useful and it is not in alignment with Truth, Joy or Peace. Be the greatest source of love for yourself as you possibly can in any given moment, especially when you are struggling and upset.
